We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice.
1. Any cancellation or reschedule made more than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the scheduled service.
2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 12 to 6 hours before your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
3. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 6 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
